Peaberries are the roughly five percent of cherries that grow a single round bean instead of two flat ones. They roast differently, so they get sorted out and sold separately.
This is the loudest coffee we sell. Blackcurrant, tomato leaf, and an acidity that some people describe as savoury and others describe as too much.
Small lot. The kilo bag is whole bean only, because we would rather not grind a whole kilo of something this delicate at once.

Washed Ethiopian from the Guji zone. Bergamot and white peach, with the kind of clarity that makes people ask what it is.
