Decaffeinated in Minas Gerais using ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane, which is a gentler process than the solvent methods and leaves far more of the coffee behind.
Chocolate and almond, low acidity, and genuinely good after dinner. We drink a lot of it ourselves, which is not something we say about most decaf.

Washed Ethiopian from the Guji zone. Bergamot and white peach, with the kind of clarity that makes people ask what it is.
