Who you are buying from

Vortex sells roasted coffee from Perth, Western Australia. Contact details are on the contact page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout, which is hosted by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.

If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before the order ships and you can cancel for a full refund.

Stock

We buy green coffee in small lots, so an item can sell out between you adding it to a cart and completing checkout. If that happens we will refund that item in full and send the rest.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.

Our own returns policy is more generous than the law requires, and it is the one we will apply.

This website

We try to keep tasting notes, origins and availability accurate, but coffee is an agricultural product and a harvest changes. Where a description and the coffee disagree, tell us and we will make it right.

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
