How it gets to you
Green coffee, bought in small lots
We buy a few bags at a time from importers who can tell us the farm, the altitude and what was paid for it. Small lots mean we sell out, which is the point.
Roasted Tuesdays and Fridays
On a 5kg drum, in batches small enough that one profile change is worth making. Nothing is roasted before it is ordered.
Packed and posted the same day
Into a valved bag within the hour, and in the post before the afternoon collection. It reaches most of Australia inside three days.
