Grown at 2,050 metres in the Guji zone, washed at the Shakiso mill and dried on raised beds for eighteen days. The long, slow dry is where the florality comes from.
We roast it light enough to keep the bergamot intact. It rewards a slower pour and a slightly coarser grind than you think it wants.
