A blend of smallholder lots from around Pitalito, all washed, all rested for at least sixty days before we touch them. Resting is why it tastes like this in June and again in November.
Sweet enough to drink black, dense enough to hold up in milk. If you only keep one coffee in the cupboard, we would argue for this one.
