Sixty percent Brazil, thirty percent Colombia, ten percent washed Ethiopian. The Brazil does the heavy lifting, the Colombia keeps it sweet, and the Ethiopian stops it getting dull.
Deliberately forgiving. It will take a grind that is a little off and a dose that is a little heavy and still pour something you want to drink, which is the entire point of a house blend.

Taken darker on purpose. Dark chocolate, molasses and a long finish. For people who want their coffee to taste like coffee.
